Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-6 years of QA/testing experience, including at least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce test automation.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including:
• Apex
• Flows
• Process Builder
• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Playwright. Experience with Karate or similar automation frameworks is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with XPath and CSS selectors for UI automation.
• Experience testing Salesforce REST and SOAP APIs.
• Experience with test management and automation tools such as TestRail, Xray, or Salesforce testing frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong experience writing SOQL queries for test data validation, troubleshooting, and verification.
• Ability to read and debug Apex and LWC code is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take ownership, and proactively identify and resolve testing issues.
