Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Project Manager with SAP Cloud expertise to lead complex digital transformation projects for clients in the Information Technology industry. This role demands a strong blend of technical knowledge, project leadership, and client-facing communication to manage end-to-end solution delivery. You will be responsible for driving Salesforce CRM implementation projects integrated with SAP Cloud solutions, managing cross-functional teams, and ensuring delivery excellence in a fast-paced IT services environment.
Skill / Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in Salesforce ecosystem.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Lightning, and custom development.
- Experience with SAP Cloud (SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or S/4HANA Cloud) and integrating it with Salesforce.
- Familiar with middleware and API-based integration strategies between cloud platforms.
- Proficient in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
- Certifications preferred: PMP, CSM, Salesforce Administrator, or Salesforce Platform App Builder.
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in a client-facing environment.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of Salesforce and SAP Cloud integration projects from initiation through deployment.
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration strategies.
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, allocate resources, and manage project budgets.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure technical solutions meet business needs, compliance, and IT governance standards.
- Conduct regular status meetings, manage risks, and ensure alignment with delivery timelines.
- Coordinate UAT, cutover planning, and go-live support activities.
- Prepare detailed project documentation, user guides, and training materials.
- Continuously improve project delivery processes and tools for efficiency and scalability.
