We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic enterprise-wide Disaster Recovery (DR) initiative in response to recent high-impact technology events (e.g., CrowdStrike-related disruptions). This individual will play a critical role in refining DR policy, conducting post-incident analysis, and aligning DR efforts across infrastructure, applications, and continuity planning.

This is a policy- and strategy-focused PM role (not operations or ITSM), suited for someone who can translate technical findings into executive-level insights, drive stakeholder consensus, and lead cross-functional alignment across IT and business units.

• Lead the refinement of Disaster Recovery strategy and policy across the enterprise.
• Analyze recent post-incident data and lead lessons learned workshops.
• Coordinate and align DR-related initiatives across infrastructure, applications, and continuity planning teams.
• Collaborate with security, compliance, operations, and application owners to guide enterprise DR standards.
• Prepare and present executive-level reporting with an emphasis on risk posture, gaps, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure all DR efforts align with business continuity and technology risk management practices.
• Track progress, manage dependencies, and report status across multiple parallel workstreams.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of Project Management experience in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years specifically focused on Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, or Technology Risk initiatives.
• Proven experience managing high-visibility IT strategy programs involving policy, compliance, and enterprise architecture.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to present to C-level and executive leadership.
• Experience with post-incident/root cause analysis and risk mitigation planning.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, ISO 22301, or ITIL is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing DR-related efforts in response to major cybersecurity or infrastructure incidents (e.g., CrowdStrike or similar outages).
• PMP, CISA, CISM, CBCP, or similar certifications.
• Experience working in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
