Job summary

Insight Global seeks a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead enhancements across Wealth Management, Investor Services, and Fund Operations. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, owning intake, requirements, prioritization, delivery, testing, and releases.

This role requires hands-on Salesforce administration, configuration, and deployment activities, plus coordinating Dev/QA, UAT, and cross-functional communications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Salesforce project management experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce administration and configuration.
• Experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, layouts, workflows).
• Experience with Copado or similar deployment tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience gathering business requirements and aligning with SDLC.
• Ability to coordinate with development and QA teams across distributed locations.
• Must work East Coast hours and collaborate with offshore teams.
• Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications preferred.

We are seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager to lead Salesforce enhancements and strategic initiatives across Wealth Management, Investor Services, and Fund Operations. This person will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, managing project intake, requirements, prioritization, delivery, testing, and releases. Unlike a traditional PM, this individual must be comfortable performing hands-on Salesforce for example, ability to set up a user, add/remove fields, add permissions structures via Copado for deployment. Other responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Own Salesforce intake, prioritization, and project delivery
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements
• Manage project plans, sprint activities, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate development, QA, testing, and production releases
• Provide status reporting and executive communications
• Perform Salesforce administrative and configuration tasks
• Support data integrity, integrations, and platform enhancements
• Drive UAT efforts and ensure successful deployments

• Hands-on Salesforce Administration experience
• Salesforce configuration experience (objects, fields, page layouts, workflows)
• Hands on experince with Copado or other similar technologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience gathering business requirements
• Partnership with Development and QA teams throughout the SDLC
• Must work East Coast hours and collaborate with offshore teams -Strong understanding of service clouds
• Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder Certification
• Previous Salesforce Developer experience
• Financial Services, Wealth Management, Investor Services, or Fund Operations experience
• Experience with integrations and data governance initiatives
• Experience supporting global teams across the U.S. and offshore locations
