We work with a wide range of organizations across the US— with a focus on the Construction, Logistics, and Manufacturing industries. We also work with some amazing non-profits.

About the Role

We’re looking for aProject Manager to help lead our Salesforce implementation projects, ensuring smooth execution, alignment with client needs, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales Team Collaboration – Keep the sales team informed on project progress, ensuring they are brought in when necessary for client discussions, upsell opportunities, or issue resolution.

• Project Execution & Delivery – Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from kickoff to go-live, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget.

• Client Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and keeping stakeholders informed.

• Team Coordination – Work closely with Salesforce consultants, developers, and clients to align goals, remove roadblocks, and ensure project success.

• Risk & Issue Management – Proactively identify and mitigate project risks while troubleshooting roadblocks as they arise.

• Resource & Timeline Management – Allocate resources efficiently and track project milestones to ensure on-time delivery.

• Process Optimization – Continuously improve project management processes, documentation, and best practices for better efficiency.

• Status Reporting – Provide regular updates to internal and external stakeholders through project reports and meetings.

What You’ll Need

• Experience: 4+ years of experience managing Salesforce projects, preferably for a Salesforce consulting partner.

• Industry Knowledge: Any exposure to projects in the construction, manufacturing, or logistics industries is a plus.

• Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile methodology and project management best practices.

• Tools: Experience with project management platforms such as Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.

• Communication Skills: Ability to manage client relationships, translate technical concepts into business-friendly terms, and facilitate collaboration.

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to navigate project complexities.

• Salesforce Certification Requirement: Must be willing to study for and pass the Salesforce Administrator Certification within the first few months of employment.

• Certifications (Nice to Have): PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
