Position: Project Manager (FR 104041)
Location: 100% remote, must live in CO at the time of hire. Candidate should be local to CO and able to pick-up or drop off equipment in Denver.
Duration: Up to 12 months with the possibility of extension. The client is based in Denver, CO.

Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within defined timelines and budgets.
- Consult with business and end users to gather input for projects.
- Assist agency management, division directors, IT staff, and lead project tasks and resources, including State personnel.
- Utilize project management tools, reports, templates, and provide mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams.
- Collaborate with agency staff, vendors, and other state agencies as needed.
- Apply project management best practices, including risk, quality, change, and communication management.
- Lead and support IT project team members, ensuring agency compliance with project management policies and standards.
Project Context: Supporting the Colorado Division of Public Safety on an integration of health data with state jails. Experience with public safety, data exchange, health, or CJIS data is a plus.
Background Checks: Position requires a stringent background check, including fingerprints and potential HIPAA compliance.
Work Hours: MST - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
