About the Position

We are searching for a Project Manager to join our growing Energy team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of project management experience and a strong desire to grow, collaborate, and innovate. In this role, you will help lead project management activities, including project scoping and budgeting for proposals, building schedules, tracking hours, budget, and schedule adherence, and handling communication with clients. You will be responsible for issues resolution, deliverable submittals, and project closeout, all while fostering strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and management/stakeholders. Design projects will span multiple markets and geographies, providing opportunities to broaden your knowledge and deepen your project management skill set. We are seeking an independent self-starter who can efficiently manage all stages of a project from initiation through completion.

Experience and Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
  • PE preferred; PMP or similar certification is a plus
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Specialized experience in the energy market, particularly in Natural Gas, Pipeline, Aviation Fueling, and/or Power Delivery
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, Primavera P6, or similar project management software
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment with a positive attitude, multi-tasking skills, and self-motivation to produce high-quality work
  • Strong desire to learn and grow professionally
