• Migrate Aura components to Lightning Web Components where needed.

• Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and release notes.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Copado CI/CD. The candidate will enhance existing Salesforce applications, develop new features, resolve production defects, and support deployment and release management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Enhance existing Salesforce applications and resolve production defects.
• Follow a configuration-first approach using Salesforce declarative tools.
• Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.
• Develop Apex unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
• Replace or migrate existing Aura components to Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical teams to troubleshoot application issues.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking through Jira.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and release notes.
• Support new feature development, deployments, and production releases.
