Job summary

MACHINE LEARNING TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking a Salesforce Programmer Analyst to join our Glen Allen, VA team. The role focuses on Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Copado CI/CD to enhance existing Salesforce apps and support deployments.

You will develop and optimize features, fix production defects, and work with DevOps to ensure smooth release cycles. This is a hands-on, highly collaborative, contract-to-perm oriented position with potential extensions.

Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in configuring declarative tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to write unit tests and maintain code coverage for Salesforce apps.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Enhance existing Salesforce applications and resolve production defects.
• Follow a configuration-first approach using Salesforce declarative tools.
• Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.
• Develop Apex unit tests and maintain code coverage.
• Replace or migrate Aura components to Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical teams to troubleshoot issues.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking through Jira.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specs, and release notes.
• Support new feature development, deployments, and production releases.
