Cloud Analytics Technologies, LLC is seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to guide design, development, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will lead technical design, mentor developers, and ensure enterprise-grade delivery.

The role emphasizes Apex, LWC, integrations, security, governance, and best practices to optimize performance and scale across the organization. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

• 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

We are seeking an experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, customization, and implementation of Salesforce CRM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrations, and Salesforce architecture. The candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and ensure successful delivery of enterprise Salesforce applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce development activities, technical design, and implementation.
• Design and develop custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Configure and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Develop Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
• Implement Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design and maintain Salesforce data models, objects, fields, relationships, and validation rules.
• Develop complex business logic using Salesforce Flow and Process Automation.
• Implement security models using Profiles, Permission Sets, Roles, and Sharing Rules.
• Lead Salesforce deployments using Salesforce CLI, Copado, Gearset, and change sets.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Design scalable solutions following Salesforce best practices and governor limits.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and project managers.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure development standards and coding quality.
• Mentor junior Salesforce developers and provide technical guidance.
• Participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and Agile development activities.
