Job summary

Artifintech seeks an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and extend Salesforce Service Cloud applications, implement new features, and resolve production defects.

You will manage deployments with Copado CI/CD, convert Aura components to LWC, write unit tests, and work with DevOps and Jira to track stories and releases.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and platform features.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tooling.
• Experience with version control and CI/CD workflows using Copado.
• Familiarity with Jira for defect tracking and Agile processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Enhance existing Salesforce applications and resolve production defects.
• Follow a configuration-first approach using Salesforce declarative tools.
• Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.
• Develop Apex unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
• Replace or migrate Aura components to Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical teams to troubleshoot application issues.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking through Jira.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and release notes.
• Support new feature development, deployments, and production releases.
