Job summary

Ethereum Technologies is seeking an experienced Salesforce Programmer Analyst to enhance and extend Salesforce Service Cloud applications. The role focuses on Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Copado CI/CD, with responsibilities spanning development, testing, deployment, and release management.

The candidate will replace Aura components with LWC, collaborate with DevOps, manage user stories in Jira, and produce design docs and release notes, ensuring high code coverage and reliable production

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and declarative tools.
• Experience with Copado CI/CD and Jira for deployment and tracking.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
• Enhance existing Salesforce applications and resolve production defects.
• Follow a configuration-first approach using Salesforce declarative tools.
• Manage source control, deployments, and release pipelines using Copado CI/CD.
• Develop Apex unit tests and maintain required code coverage.
• Replace or migrate existing Aura components to Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with DevOps and technical teams to troubleshoot application issues.
• Manage user stories, acceptance criteria, and defect tracking through Jira.
• Prepare technical documentation, design specifications, and release notes.
• Support new feature development, deployments, and production releases.
