Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Program Manager leading teams of 6+ professionals.
• Strong background in legacy system migrations to Salesforce.
• Experience delivering multi-phase program from MVP to managed services.
• Knowledge of Salesforce out-of-the-box features and AppExchange.
• Experience coordinating third-party integrations and contract management tools.
• Strong agile delivery and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management of Salesforce CRM migration from legacy Caterease to a modern Sales and Marketing Cloud platform.
• Manage team through MVP delivery focusing on parity with existing functionality.
• Coordinate multi-phase implementation including Sales Cloud MVP, feature releases, and managed services transition.
• Oversee integration planning for ROME system and tokenized credit card solutions to streamline event closing processes.
• Ensure seamless contract lifecycle management using DocuSign integration with Salesforce.
• Drive executive-level stakeholder confidence through strategic discussions and governance.
