You will coordinate multi-phase work, manage third‑party integrations, and ensure smooth contract management with DocuSign integration. You will collaborate with global teams to enhance user experience, operational efficiency, and event management processes while guiding the project through managed services

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Salesforce Project Manager leading CRM migrations to Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Experience managing multi-phase delivery projects from MVP through managed services.
• Strong stakeholder management with focus on user experience and operational efficiency.
• Experience coordinating integrations with third-party systems and contract management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce CRM migration from legacy Caterease system to modern Sales Cloud platform.
• Guide team through MVP delivery focusing on parity with existing functionality.
• Coordinate multi-phase implementation including Sales Cloud MVP, feature releases, and managed services transition.
• Oversee integration planning for ROME system and tokenized credit card solutions for event closing processes.
• Ensure contract lifecycle management using DocuSign integration with Salesforce.
• Drive continuous improvement across platform through successive phases.
