Job summary

Slalom is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead Salesforce delivery and sales enablement initiatives. You will oversee a pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator, prioritizing work and ensuring timely delivery while coordinating across business, product, and engineering teams.

You will drive program management fundamentals, manage API-based integrations, and establish lightweight processes that sustain speed without sacrificing structure.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in technical program or project delivery
• Experience leading Salesforce/SFDC implementations
• Strong backlog ownership and cross-team coordination
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence for delivery tracking
• Proven ability to drive changes and manage dependencies
• Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Salesforce and sales enablement initiatives
• Lead a small pod of two developers and one Salesforce administrator
• Own and prioritize product/program backlog based on needs
• Collaborate with business, product, engineering to translate requirements
• Drive program management fundamentals: scope, milestones, RAID, status
• Coordinate API-based integrations with developers and leads
• Establish lightweight delivery processes to maintain speed
• Develop and maintain process docs, SOPs, and delivery artifacts
• Lead change management and deployment readiness for Salesforce
• Identify blockers and drive progress in evolving environments
