Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience, including multi-cloud environments.
• 2+ years in Platform Owner/Lead Admin roles or similar.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience with Field Service, Data Cloud, AI/Agentforce, integrations.
• Experience managing third-party partners and Agile delivery.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management.

Now Hiring: Technical Program Coordinator

Location: Dearborn, MI

Pay Rate: $37.94/hour

Schedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

We're seeking an experienced Salesforce professional to oversee a complex multi-cloud environment, lead platform strategy, and ensure business value through scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Salesforce platform administration, governance, and roadmap planning.
• Review solution designs, user stories, releases, and architecture recommendations.
• Lead AI and Agentforce initiatives, including use case evaluation and ROI tracking.
• Manage implementation partners, project scope, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into prioritized product backlogs.
• Support user management, security permissions, reports, dashboards, and workflow automation.
• Monitor platform adoption, KPI performance, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Collaborate with business leaders, developers, architects, and technology partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years as a Platform Owner, Product Owner, Lead Administrator, Technical Account Manager, or similar leadership role.
• Strong experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Knowledge of Field Service, Data Cloud, AI/Agentforce, integrations, and enterprise platform governance.
• Experience managing third-party implementation partners and Agile delivery environments.
• Strong business analysis, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
