Job summary

EVERSANA in Greater Boston is seeking a senior, Salesforce‑centered Technical Product Manager to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams. You will champion event‑driven processes, ensure alignment with customer needs, and guide cross‑functional collaboration to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.

A high‑impact role focusing on stakeholder leadership, delivery orchestration, and driving measurable business value without heavy configuration work.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce/Sales Cloud experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT or Business Management.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology, and supporting industry principles.
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision by leveraging their expertise in product development, engineering, and UX.
  • Deep understanding of business/processes and a high‑level understanding of high‑quality digital product delivery.
  • Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team‑level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, and removing blockers.
  • Experienced in developing systems and tools to enable customer interactions and collaboration.
  • Experienced working in pharma/life sciences, or highly regulated industries.

Responsibilities

  • Shape the squad vision/roadmap and steer the team in delivering products/platforms, features/work oriented around business impact.
  • Shape and prioritize backlog, translating requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” within the squad to ensure the squad “builds the right thing.”
  • Plan resourcing for the team, interview, select, and onboard members to join the team.
  • Accountable for shaping and hitting team OKRs.
  • Work with Product/Platform Manager to establish business value and support messaging, comms, and customer outreach.
  • Ensure the products/features meet security, privacy & compliance standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
  • Drive engagement with third parties to support team objectives.
  • Drive option selection and assess tech elements prior to user testing.
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
  • Interact with other teams to implement cross‑team tasks.
  • Drive reporting and analytics to monitor sprint metrics and user results.
  • Balance tech debt with feature delivery.
  • Own and manage documentation and information.
  • Collaborate to align roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.
  • Lead and optimize the flow of value in team ceremonies.
