Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities.
• Experience with FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Experience creating user stories, acceptance criteria, and product requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Salesforce product backlog, roadmap, and priorities.
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand objectives, pain points, and requirements.
• Translate business requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects, developers, admins, QA, and other stakeholders.
• Support initiatives across FSC, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
• Prioritize features based on business value and technical considerations.
• Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and demos.
• Ensure solutions meet defined business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Review functionality and participate in user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Salesforce capabilities.
• Communicate priorities, status, and decisions to business and technical teams.
