Job summary

EnerSys is seeking a Salesforce Sales Cloud Product Owner to shape the Sales Cloud roadmap and drive revenue growth across business lines. You will translate priorities into user stories, validate designs, and ensure delivery aligns with business outcomes throughout the organization.

The role requires strong Salesforce Sales Cloud expertise, governance and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid schedule in Reading, PA with remote Mondays and Fridays.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years working with Salesforce Sales Cloud in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Consultant, CRM Product Manager, or similar role.
• Experience managing product backlogs, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, priorities, and releases.
• Strong understanding of sales processes and CRM best practices.
• Experience translating business needs into Salesforce capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Own the Sales Cloud roadmap and backlog; write or review user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate with administrators, developers, architects, and partners; participate in sprint reviews, UAT, testing, and release readiness.
• Engage stakeholders to align business priorities with technical delivery and governance.
