Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Houston, TX is seeking a seasoned Salesforce Product Owner/Business Analyst/Technical PM to lead and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog. You will collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions, drive data migration efforts, and advance platform enhancements using AI-assisted processes.

Must have Salesforce Administrator certification; Platform App Builder or Business Analyst certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Salesforce projects.
1) Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
2) Backlog management, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
3) Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Responsibilities

Own and prioritize the Salesforce product backlog, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with business, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.
Support integration, data migration, and platform enhancement initiatives.
Drive Agile ceremonies, release planning, and stakeholder communication.
Leverage AI tools to improve story creation, documentation, and delivery efficiency.
