Job description

We are seeking a Product Owner Salesforce - Forecasting & AI to join our team. You will play a critical role in leading and executing Salesforce solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and business operations. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, technology teams, and business leaders to deliver high-value CRM solutions, ensuring they align with organizational goals and customer needs.

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Product Owner Salesforce, you will:

  • Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into detailed product requirements.

  • Define and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for Salesforce CRM solutions, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and customer value.

  • Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

  • Lead the product backlog, ensuring clarity in user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritization based on business objectives.

  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and development to deployment and continuous improvement.

  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate product performance, drive key improvements, and measure the success of Salesforce implementations.

  • Champion Agile methodologies, facilitating sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups with cross-functional teams.

  • Stay up to date with Salesforce trends, AI-driven sales enablement, and emerging technologies to drive innovation.

About You:

You’re a fit for the role of Product Owner Salesforce if you have:

  • Bachelors / Masters degree required.

  • 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or in a similar role within Salesforce CRM-focused initiatives.

  • The role requires the candidate to work from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

  • Proven expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud and other Salesforce products, with experience in system customization, process automation, Forecasting and AI.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and sales performance analytics.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple initiatives and prioritizing effectively.

  • Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks and methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.

  • Experience working with Sales AI solutions and analytics tools is a plus.

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
