Title: Salesforce Product Owner
Duration: 6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire
Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of software product management experience
- 5+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, Sales process, CPQ, Billing, Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience is a plus
- Manage effective stakeholder engagement across all levels, including end users, benefactors, executives, and champions
- Enable the team to continuously deliver, improve, and increase velocity as a talent multiplier
- Understand business problems and bridge them with technology capabilities
- Experience with Agile teams and delivery; experience as a product owner across multiple scrum teams or at a scrum of scrums level
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and recover business operations quickly
- Navigate ambiguity confidently in a zero-to-one product environment
- Understand user problems through direct communication and data analysis
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Proven leadership skills and decisive decision-making ability
- Establish and maintain scope management processes, quality, performance standards, and risk assessments
- Manage performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
- Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
- Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
- Report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as necessary
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Four or more years of project management experience
- Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for usability
- Strong attention to deadlines and budget adherence
- Proven success working with all management levels
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Salesforce experience is a plus
