Job description

Title: Salesforce Product Owner

Duration: 6+ months of Contract with possible extension of hire

Location: Mount Laurel, NJ (Onsite from Day 1)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. 8-10 years of software product management experience
2. 5+ years of experience in ERP, CRM, Sales process, CPQ, Billing, Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience is a plus
3. Manage effective stakeholder engagement across all levels, including end users, benefactors, executives, and champions
4. Enable the team to continuously deliver, improve, and increase velocity as a talent multiplier
5. Understand business problems and bridge them with technology capabilities
6. Experience with Agile teams and delivery; experience as a product owner across multiple scrum teams or at a scrum of scrums level
7. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and recover business operations quickly
8. Navigate ambiguity confidently in a zero-to-one product environment
9. Understand user problems through direct communication and data analysis
10. Excellent written and oral communication skills
11. Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
12. Proven leadership skills and decisive decision-making ability
13. Establish and maintain scope management processes, quality, performance standards, and risk assessments
14. Manage performance databases for digital, print, social, broadcast, and experiential projects
15. Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers
16. Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
17. Report project outcomes and risks to management, escalating issues as necessary

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Four or more years of project management experience
2. Experience in developing web technologies and software platforms for usability
3. Strong attention to deadlines and budget adherence
4. Proven success working with all management levels
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Excellent presentation skills
7. Salesforce experience is a plus
