Maola Local Dairies seeks a Commercial & Field Systems Delivery Lead to guide Salesforce-driven IT initiatives across Marketing, Producer Payroll, Sustainability, and Route Accounting. You will define solutions, manage lifecycle tasks, and ensure stable operations with strong IT controls.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years in CRM/SDLC settings, with Salesforce certs preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required, higher degree preferred.
• 4+ years IT experience supporting CRM, marketing, and sustainability solutions.
• 4+ years SDLC experience with Agile/Waterfall approaches.
• Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution definition and implementation aligned with IT projects.
• Manage tasks through Define, Design, Develop, Implement, Support.
• Collaborate with users, analysts, and IT partners for alignment.
• Design, configure, and deliver Salesforce platform solutions.
• Develop specs and work with partners on interfaces and reports.
• Create test plans and maintain documentation for IT controls.
