We are seeking a CRM Platform Tech Lead to own the technical strategy, architecture, development, and roadmap for our Salesforce instance. This role sits at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, leading a team of consultants and developers, partnering closely with business stakeholders across the organization, and ensuring Salesforce evolves in a way that's scalable, well-architected, and aligned with company priorities. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Systems and work out of the office from our Santa Ana, CA or Jersey City, NJ location. Onsite or Hybrid candidates are preferred however remote candidates will also be considered, with travel to office expected every 1 or 2 months, depending on business need. This will be discussed further during the recruiting process.
The salary range for this position is $165,000-$250,000. Actual compensation on this range varies based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, experience, and skill set. This role may be eligible for bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation, please ask your recruiter for details.
