You will lead a team of Salesforce professionals, partnering with Product Management and Engineering to translate business goals into scalable solutions that deliver value and strong UX for customers and employees.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of Salesforce administration and development experience.
- 2+ years in technical lead, senior lead, or people leadership role.
- Hands-on with Salesforce Service Cloud, Apex, LWC, JavaScript, and Visualforce.
- Experience with modern Salesforce DevOps practices (SF DX, Git, CI/CD).
- Ability to mentor and develop technical team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Focus on confidentiality, security, and data privacy.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve the Salesforce vision, roadmap, and priorities.
- Translate business goals into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Lead discovery and solution design for business challenges.
- Evaluate platform performance and user feedback.
- Balance innovation with platform sustainability and debt.
- Own and evolve Salesforce architecture and best practices.
- Mentor administrators and developers for growth and excellence.
- Deliver Salesforce initiatives in partnership with Product and Engineering.
