Blue Yonder is seeking an Enterprise Applications Platform Lead—Salesforce to shape the Salesforce roadmap and deliver scalable business solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, and related platforms. You will bridge business needs with technology teams and mentor a small Salesforce team, including offshore resources.

The role emphasizes transformation, cross-platform partnerships, and a data-driven approach to optimize revenue and service processes within a global enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce platform leadership, architecture, or enterprise app delivery.
• Deep Salesforce expertise across Sales Cloud and Revenue Cloud implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce strategy & architecture for Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Data Cloud, Einstein/Agentforce.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Global Services, Finance, and other functions to align roadmaps.
• Direct end-to-end Salesforce delivery from concept to adoption and mentor a small team.
• Drive cross-platform transformation, automation, AI enablement, and data quality improvements across Salesforce and related apps.
