Job summary

Blue Yonder is seeking an Enterprise Applications Platform Lead – Salesforce to shape the Salesforce roadmap and lead cross-functional delivery. You will bridge business needs with technology teams, aligning Revenue, Sales, Finance, and Service processes.

The role requires hands-on leadership of a small Salesforce team, collaboration with offshore resources, and delivery of scalable cloud solutions across connected enterprise applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading Salesforce platform, architecture, solution delivery, or enterprise application initiatives.
• Deep expertise with Salesforce Sales Cloud and experience supporting enterprise Salesforce environments.
• Experience leading complex Salesforce implementations, enhancements, and transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud (CPQ), Data Cloud, Einstein/Agentforce, and related technologies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to align processes and roadmaps with organizational objectives.
• Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution delivery from concept through implementation and adoption.
