Job summary

Blue Yonder seeks an Enterprise Applications Platform Lead - Salesforce to drive strategy, design, and delivery of Salesforce-centric solutions across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and connected apps. You will partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations to align roadmaps with business goals and ensure scalable, enterprise-grade architecture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Information Systems, CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years leading Salesforce platform, architecture, solution delivery, or enterprise initiatives.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud; experience with enterprise environments.
• Experience guiding complex Salesforce implementations and transformations.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and translate objectives into tech solutions.
• Experience leading onshore and offshore teams with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce strategy, architecture, and delivery across Sales Cloud, Revenue Cloud, and related apps.
• Partner with stakeholders to align roadmaps with business objectives and process improvements.
• Ensure enterprise architecture standards and best practices are followed.
• Manage end-to-end delivery and mentor a small Salesforce team, including offshore resources.
• Oversee vendor engagements and guide platform initiatives to improve adoption and outcomes.
