Job summary

Datacor seeks a Lead Salesforce Architect to own the architecture of our Salesforce platform and lead the team building on it. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, and Operations to translate strategy into a platform roadmap that scales with the business.

This is a hands-on leadership role reporting to the VP of IT & CISO. You will defend architectural decisions to executives and review designs before they ship, ensuring secure, compliant deployments across CPQ,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Math or related field required.
At least 5 years' Salesforce experience including architecture/lead design.
Minimum 2 years leading a team or direct reports.
Experience migrating/acquiring businesses onto Salesforce.
Hands-on with Salesforce CPQ and Revenue Cloud.
Proven ability to architect and administer complex Salesforce environments.

Responsibilities

Own the architecture and delivery of Revenue Cloud migration.
Own multi-year Salesforce platform roadmap aligned to business outcomes.
Make build-versus-buy and build-versus-configure decisions, evaluate AppExchange.
Oversee integrations and data architecture with middleware and data governance.
Lead onboarding of acquisitions and new business units onto Salesforce.
Mentor the team and maintain a prioritized technical debt backlog.
