Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce Engineer to design, implement, and optimize features across the Salesforce platform. You will work with Einstein/AI tools to automate processes and accelerate delivery, writing robust Apex code and maintaining declarative automation.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and contribute to Agile ceremonies to improve engineering standards. This role requires strong communication and a track record of Salesforce projects.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration.
• Deep proficiency in Salesforce Sales Cloud data modeling and event ingestion.
• Strong SOQL and SOSL knowledge.
• Experience with Git-based version control and CI/CD basics.
• Experience with at least one full Salesforce implementation or major release cycle.
• Salesforce Certified Administrator or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver Salesforce features end-to-end.
• Adopt Salesforce AI technologies to automate workflows and boost velocity.
• Write clean, well-tested Apex code and ensure code coverage.
• Build declarative automation with Flows, Validation Rules, and Formulas.
• Design and manage database schemas, relationships, and security.
• Develop REST and SOAP API integrations.
• Manage deployments across sandbox and production using SFDX, CLI, change sets, and Git.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and translate technical concepts.
• Participate in peer code reviews and Agile ceremonies.
