At the intersection of technical expertise and platform engineering lies the role of a Salesforce Platform Engineer. When you've built and supported Salesforce solutions and can contribute to development, integration, automation, and platform improvements while ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability, you are ready to grow with our team.

As a Salesforce Platform Engineer on our team, you'll spend most of your time protecting release quality, including designing test strategy, validating platform changes, and catching issues before they reach production, while also contributing hands-on to configuration and development work. This is a role for QA-minded engineers who want a real seat at the build table, not just a downstream gate. You'll work closely with a build-focused counterpart on the team, and over time you'll build the range to step into either seat as the team needs. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required

You Have:

• 3+ years of experience testing and validating Salesforce solutions, including test planning, test case design, and defect management

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
