Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Salesforce Platform Engineer to design, build, and deploy Salesforce solutions, owning quality and maintainability. This hybrid role blends development and validation, collaborating with a quality-focused teammate, and requires U.S.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce platform delivery, including Flow, Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
  • Experience developing, testing, debugging, and deploying Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience committing code and metadata to Git repositories.
  • Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools and practices, including GitHub, or Salesforce DX.
  • Experience writing and maintaining unit tests and supporting regression testing.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns, APIs, and data models.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of the Salesforce development lifecycle.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or 5+ years of experience in software engineering in lieu of degree.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
