Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union in Newport News, VA, is hiring a Director of Salesforce CRM Platform for a hybrid role at our City Center office. You will lead a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and architects, owning platform governance, integration, and data integrity across clouds including Marketing Cloud and Data 360.

The role requires 8+ years of Salesforce experience with 3+ years in leadership, plus vendor and integration expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Eight+ years Salesforce platform experience with 3+ years leading teams.
• Experience owning an enterprise Salesforce org across multiple clouds with environment strategy and governance.
• Experience managing vendor relationships, licensing, and third-party apps in a Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience with integration platforms and patterns (e.g., MuleSoft, REST/SOAP APIs).
• Salesforce Certified Administrator; architect-track certification preferred.
• Experience in financial services, banking, or credit union environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the strategic roadmap for the Salesforce platform aligned with Langley’s growth and channel objectives.
• Leads a team of Salesforce admins, developers, and architects; manages governance, release management, and data integrity.
• Oversees integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems and ensures security and change management adherence.
• Manages vendor relationships, licensing, and third-party applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Governs AI-enabled CRM capabilities and ensures governance for platform access and disaster recovery.
