Job summary

Langley Federal Credit Union seeks a Director of Salesforce CRM Platform to lead the strategy, governance, and delivery of Langley’s Salesforce ecosystem, including Financial Services Cloud and Marketing Cloud. You will guide a team of admins, developers, and architects, and partner with stakeholders to prioritize capabilities that enhance member experiences across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Eight+ years of Salesforce platform experience, including leadership roles.
• Experience owning an enterprise Salesforce org with multi-cloud scope.
• Vendor management, licensing, and third-party applications experience required.
• Experience with integration platforms/patterns (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP).
• Salesforce Administrator certification required; architect-track certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategic direction for the Salesforce platform and manage its roadmap.
• Lead a team of Salesforce administrators, developers, and architects.
• Oversee governance, environment strategy, release management, and data integrity.
• Manage integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems and ensure security and compliance.
• Oversee Marketing Cloud configuration (Personalization/Engagement) in partnership with Marketing.
• Monitor SLAs/KPIs for platform availability, adoption, and data quality.
