Job summary

ExtraHop is seeking a Salesforce Developer to design, develop, test, and implement customized Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ. You will work with analysts, product managers, and admins to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce configurations and code.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of Salesforce development experience, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and strong knowledge of APIs and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years as a Salesforce Developer with Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CPQ.
• Experience implementing Salesforce CPQ and integrating Partner Community with Quoting.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via RESTful and SOAP APIs.
• Solid understanding of Governor Limits, best practices, and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with deployment tools such as SFDX, Change Sets, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification (required).
• Proficiency with Git or similar source control systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions including Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and integrations.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure code quality, best practices, and design decisions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Implement declarative and programmatic customizations (Flows, Apex, LWC).
• Develop and maintain integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Perform code reviews and optimize Salesforce performance.
• Support testing, debugging, and deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
