Job summary

HTC Global Services seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to build Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Experience Cloud portals for customer-facing project tracking and document access. You will implement Flow-based automation, write Apex triggers, and integrate Salesforce with external systems including Oracle EBS.

The role emphasizes real-time updates via LDS and platform events, secure authentication patterns, and adherence to WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Experience developing Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
• Experience with Lightning Data Service (LDS) and platform events.
• Experience with Screen Flows and Record-Triggered Flows.
• Experience writing bulkified Apex triggers and handler classes.
• Experience replacing Workflow Rules/Process Builder with Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle EBS.
• Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations.
• Experience with Platform Events / CDC.
• Experience managing Connected Apps, Named Credentials, OAuth flows.
• Experience designed outbound callout patterns within Salesforce limits.
• Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Experience Cloud

• Build custom LWC components for quoting, project status dashboards, time/expense entry, and invoice previews.
• Develop and maintain Experience Cloud portals for customer-facing project tracking, document access, and invoice approval.
• Implement real-time data updates using Lightning Data Service (LDS) and platform events.
• Ensure responsive, accessible UI design following WCAG 2.1 guidelines within Experience Cloud.

Flows, Process Automation & Triggers

• Architect and build complex Screen Flows and Record-Triggered Flows for guided selling, project intake, and invoice generation.
• Write bulkified, test-covered Apex triggers and handler classes following trigger framework best practices.
• Replace legacy Workflow Rules and Process Builder automations with modern Flow equivalents.

Salesforce Integration

• Integrate Salesforce with Oracle EBS for GL posting, AR, and payment reconciliation.
• Build and maintain REST/SOAP API integrations and Platform Events / Change Data Capture (CDC) consumers.
• Manage Connected Apps, Named Credentials, and OAuth flows for secure third-party authentication.
• Design outbound callout patterns respecting Salesforce asynchronous limits.
