The Work

As a Salesforce Mid‑Level Developer, you will design, build, and optimize solutions within the Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. Your daily responsibilities include developing custom business logic using Apex, creating and maintaining Lightning Web Components (LWCs), and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, high‑quality features.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Sales Cloud to meet business requirements
• Write and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Apex code
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs) for enhanced user experiences
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Salesforce applications
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce platform features and recommend improvements

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience developing with Apex, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative tools
• Strong experience building, customizing, and optimizing Lightning Web Components (LWCs)
• Practical experience with Salesforce DX, Git, and CI/CD deployment pipelines
• Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs, including integration with external systems
• Experience optimizing UI performance and tailoring user experiences within Salesforce
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, governance, and design patterns

Compensation

Base pay range for this position: $78,600—$160,200 USD (varies by location and experience).
