Job summary

HCLTech is seeking a Salesforce Administrator/Developer to administer and enhance the Salesforce platform. You will design and implement custom solutions using Apex, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components, while ensuring security, data integrity, and optimal performance.

• Strong experience administering Salesforce including user mgmt, security, profiles, permissions, sharing rules, and data mgmt.
• Apex development: Triggers, Classes, Batch Apex, asynchronous processing.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce Lightning and LWC.
• Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Proficiency in Salesforce Flows and advanced platform configuration.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
• Understanding of deployment methods, DevOps, and release processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder mgmt skills.
