Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions. You will ensure performance, security, and seamless integrations, while guiding stakeholders and development teams.

The role requires strong Salesforce architecture skills, Apex/Visualforce proficiency, and relevant certifications. You will stay current with Salesforce releases and mentor junior engineers within a collaborative, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• In-depth expertise with Salesforce including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud.
• Strong experience in Salesforce design and architecture.
• Proficiency in Apex and Visualforce.
• Experience with Salesforce data modeling and system integrations.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications preferred (App Architect, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant).

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs using Salesforce best practices.
• Lead the implementation of complex Salesforce projects, including custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
• Ensure Salesforce system performance, security, and compliance with applicable standards.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and identify opportunities for system improvements and innovation.

• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Understanding of business processes and the application of technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Relevant Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Application Architect, Platform Developer I, and Sales Cloud Consultant, are preferred.
