Job summary

Synergy is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud administrator to support the USDA Digital Services Center. This role focuses on platform operations, owning the underlying systems, data, automations, and integrations that power agency communications.

You will manage business units, data, and deliverability, while ensuring security, monitoring, and guardrails to prevent issues before they affect audiences. This is a growth-minded, team-driven environment with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience administering Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
• Familiarity with Data Extensions, retention policies, and archival.
• Knowledge of SAML, MFA, and API security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure Marketing Cloud business units, sender profiles and delivery profiles.
• Monitor entitlements, storage and credits; flag projected overages early.
• Maintain non-production BU and the validation path used to approve changes.
• Manage users, roles and permissions; enforce SSO and multifactor authentication.
• Maintain data extensions, retention policies and data hygiene.
• Troubleshoot platform operations and ensure reliable delivery.
