GTX Solutions, a CourtAvenue Company, is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead platform strategy across Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and related capabilities for a high-volume enterprise CRM program in Southern California.

You will define architecture standards, oversee journey design and integrations, mentor engineers, and partner with data architects and CRM strategy to ensure scalable, cost-effective delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in marketing technology architecture or CRM platform engineering.
• At least 5 years hands-on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with data streams, data model objects, identity resolution, segmentation and activation.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Own the Salesforce platform strategy and roadmap across Marketing Cloud, Data 360 and related capabilities.
• Define architecture and configuration standards, including data extensions, automations and integrations.
• Oversee journey design and build with sound, testable logic.
• Design integrations between data foundation, Data 360, Marketing Cloud and downstream channels.
• Lead vendor relationships and evaluate new platform capabilities; mentor engineers.
