Job summary

GTX Solutions is seeking a Customer Data Architect to lead the data foundation for enterprise CRM programs on the Salesforce platform, including Data 360 and Marketing Cloud. You will design data strategy, identity resolution, and audience rules to ensure trusted, governed data across journeys.

The role collaborates with privacy, security and client teams, coordinates data partners, and defines KPIs and datasets for reporting and attribution. Travel to Southern California locales may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in data architecture, customer data strategy or enterprise data engineering with marketing focus.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Data 360 or other enterprise CDP like Adobe Real-Time CDP, Tealium, Segment or Treasure Data.
• Strong understanding of identity resolution, profile unification and modeling.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer data architecture from the enterprise CDP into Salesforce Data 360 and Marketing Cloud, including ingestion, mapping, refresh cadence and data quality rules.
• Define identity and match logic, ownership resolution, household and vehicle relationships, and golden record rules.
• Lead the data model and data model object strategy in Data 360.
• Define audience eligibility, segmentation, suppression and consent rules for all programs.
• Design the activation architecture balancing enterprise data layer prep and Data 360 activation.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues with conflicting sources.
• Coordinate third-party data partners for hygiene, address standardization and ownership verification.
• Maintain data processing instructions, data dictionaries and source-to-target documentation.
• Partner with client data, privacy and security teams on governance, consent and data agreements.
• Define measurement data foundations, KPI definitions and datasets for reporting and attribution.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Solution Architect and journey teams on data requirements.
