Job summary

Grazitti Interactive is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Architect based in the EST time zone to lead multi-channel marketing cloud implementations and roadmap design. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, shaping architectures, data models, and integration strategies across Salesforce core and external systems.

The role requires 6-8 years hands-on Marketing Cloud experience, MC Personalization expertise, and certifications.

Qualifications

6-8 years hands-on Marketing Cloud implementations.
Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant
Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
Ability to design customer journeys and data models
Experience with Marketing Cloud Studios & Builders, Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder and Automation Studio
Experience with Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio

Responsibilities

Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, data migration, and integrations
Exposure with MC Personalization (Interaction Studio) with 1-2 successful deliveries
Requirements gathering, solution design, and statement of work writing
Communicate project concepts and outcomes to client stakeholders
Content creation using Email Studio or Content Builder
Design and implement automated emails, SMS/Push campaigns, and Journey Builder
Analyze and report on marketing KPIs and email activity
Build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party apps or data sources
Conduct user training and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud
Deliver marketing automation projects in fast-paced environments and meet deadlines
