Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Salesforce Life Sciences Lead Technical Architect to own end-to-end solution architecture for Life Sciences Cloud implementations, focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement across multi-region environments.

You will set architecture standards and governance for global delivery, establish security and release guardrails, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to ensure resilient, scalable, adoption-ready solutions and successful client outcomes.

Qualifications

10+ years consulting or CRM implementation experience.
5+ years life sciences industry experience.
2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud.
Experience delivering multi-region deployments with Data Cloud and Databricks.
Willingness to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations.
Set architecture standards, governance, and design reviews for global delivery.
Establish security, environment, and release guardrails; ensure resilient, scalable solutions.
