Qualifications

10+ years consulting and/or CRM implementation experience.
5+ years life sciences industry experience.
2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement).
Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks, and enabling agentic capabilities.

Responsibilities

Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focusing on Patient Services and Customer Engagement.
Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks.
