- 10+ years consulting/CRM implementation experience
- 5+ years life sciences industry experience
- 2+ end-to-end implementations delivering Life Sciences Cloud (Patient Services and Customer Engagement)
- Experience delivering 1+ multi-region deployment integrating Salesforce Data Cloud with Databricks
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Responsibilities
- Own solution architecture for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud implementations focused on Patient Services and Customer Engagement
- Define end-to-end architecture across application, data, and integrations using Salesforce Data Cloud and Databricks
- Set architecture standards and governance for global delivery with regional deployments
- Lead design reviews and key technical decisions with stakeholders to ensure resilient, scalable solutions
