Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead the functional design of a defined workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and collaborate with client owners and a team of analysts and configurators.

You will guide design decisions, demonstrate capabilities, and partner with technical leads to ensure deliverables meet architectural direction. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients or another regulated industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience with Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) if required by role.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners and translate outcomes into user stories and specifications.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities and build prototypes for validation.
• Make day-to-day design decisions within your domain and document trade-offs.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure designs are buildable and support estimation and sprint planning.
• Guide and review the work of functional analysts and offshore team members.
• Contribute to architecture governance and design reviews with prepared materials.
• Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities for your workstream.
• Contribute to proposals and accelerators for the Life Sciences practice.
