Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years Salesforce experience in a functional design or solution consulting capacity.
• Minimum 3 years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences clients or another regulated industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years).
• Bonus Points If: Health Cloud / Life Sciences data model, security model and declarative configuration.

Responsibilities

• Own the functional solution design for an assigned workstream within a Salesforce Life Sciences program, aligned with architecture direction.
• Lead design workshops with client business and product owners; translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
• Configure and demonstrate Salesforce Life Sciences capabilities; build prototypes and run walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Make day-to-day design decisions; document trade-offs and elevate cross-workstream decisions to lead architect.
• Partner with technical leads and developers to ensure designs are buildable; assist with estimation and sprint planning.
• Coach and review the work of analysts, configurators and offshore team members.
• Contribute to architecture governance and design reviews with standardized approaches.
• Support testing, data migration, training and deployment activities for your workstream.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations and accelerators for Life Sciences practice.
• Identify and raise design, scope and delivery risks; collaborate on mitigation; travel may be required (25%-100%).
