Accenture is seeking a Salesforce Life Sciences Functional Architect to lead the functional design of a defined workstream within a Life Sciences program. You will run requirements sessions, translate business processes into platform solutions, and guide analysts and configurators under architecture leadership.

You will collaborate with client owners and product teams to deliver scalable designs. You will participate in design workshops, document trade-offs, and ensure alignment with governance

Qualificações

• 3+ years of Salesforce experience in a functional design, business analysis or solution consulting capacity.
• 3+ years delivering Salesforce solutions for Life Sciences or another regulated industry.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences Patient services experience.
• 1+ year of Salesforce Life Sciences experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience.
• Bonus points for Life Sciences Cloud / Health Cloud data model, security model and declarative configuration.
• Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA.

Responsabilidades

• Own the functional solution design for a Salesforce Life Sciences workstream within architecture direction.
• Lead design workshops with client business/product owners and translate outcomes into user stories and specs.
• Configure and demonstrate Life Sciences capabilities; build prototypes and validate with stakeholders.
• Make day-to-day design decisions; document trade-offs and elevate cross-workstream decisions.
• Partner with technical leads to ensure buildable designs and support estimation and planning.
• Coach and review work of analysts and offshore team members; ensure deliverables meet standards.
• Contribute to governance and design reviews with prepared materials and documented standards.
• Support testing, data migration, training and deployment; drive user adoption post go-live.
• Contribute to proposals, demonstrations and accelerators for Life Sciences practice.
• Identify and raise design, scope and delivery risks with leadership on mitigation.
