Job summary

Blue5Green is seeking a Salesforce-focused Project Manager in Plainsboro, NJ to own end-to-end delivery of integration and transformation initiatives. You will be the primary interface for business and technology stakeholders, driving scope, schedule, budget, risks, and governance while ensuring predictable outcomes.

You will coordinate with distributed teams, provide clear executive communication, and ensure adherence to quality and security standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Salesforce/CRM project delivery experience with enterprise capabilities preferred.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum delivery and SDLC.
• Proven stakeholder management, executive communication, governance, risk management, and delivery reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own project delivery from initiation through production stabilization, including scope, schedule, budget, milestones, dependencies and risks.
• Establish and maintain delivery plans, sprint/release plans, RAID logs, status reporting, and governance cadence.
• Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, backlog coordination, and release readiness.
• Partner with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Salesforce Architects, Technical Leads, developers, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
